Χαρακτηριστικό είναι το βίντεο που ανάρτησε στα κοινωνικά δίκτυα το Reuters, που αποτυπώνει τον πύρινο εφιάλτη στην Αχαΐα.
Οι εικόνες στο βίντεο καταγράφουν την αγωνία των κατοίκων να σώσουν τις περιουσίες τους με κάθε μέσο από την καταστροφική πορεία της φωτιάς.

Locals on the island of Chios attempted to douse a wildfire that threatened a yard full of horses in the early morning hours on August 13 as the fire raged on the island.
